My name is Matthew Cumberworth, Sr. I am the Founder and Managing Director of Clean Energy Renewables, LLC (C.E.R.). My company's current leadership has a combined 36 + years of experience in the renewable industry. C.E.R. has grown significantly in the last 5 years - parallel to the growth of the renewable energy industry. Our work in the pre-development space, for both wind and solar, has been very significant and impactful. We have created jobs and have gained exposure nationally. We hope to continue this trend and become the number one MET tower servicer in the industry.
My first renewables company started in 2002 with the formation of Lincoln Wind, LLC. At Lincoln, our focus was primarily on the MET tower service industry. Lincoln grew and in 2008, we merged with Max Engineering, LLC of Houston, Texas. The business continued to focus on its core objective of providing meteorological tower services. And in June 2009, the company was purchased by WPCS International (a publicly traded company), where I served as Senior Vice President. After two years, WPCS was acquired and became a Division of Multiband Corporation of Minneapolis, Minnesota. During our tenure at Multiband, our management opened a separate wind development affiliate under the name of Fowler Wind Energy, LLC. As a proud member of the Fowler team, I helped develop the 250 mw Golden West Wind Project in El Paso County, Colorado - to full permit and PPA status. In April 2014, my development partner and I formed C.E.R. (an Illinois limited liability company) to return to our original core business. We are always ready and equipped to assist you with your wind project - so give us a call.
